I’m not sure what size to order. Can you help?

Visualizing how different sized prints will look in your space is hard! Here is a handy size chart to help you. If in doubt, you can email me a cell phone photo of your space and some measurements, and I can send you a mock-up showing how various sizes would work in that space.

I am debating between two images. Can you show me how each would look over my couch?

With a couple cell phone photos and some measurements, yes I can!

I saw an image on your blog that I want to order, but it’s not in the shop. How can I order it?

Most images on my blog can be purchased as prints. Simply email me with the blog post title, a description of the print, and the size you’re interested in. I will let you know if it’s available.

Do prints arrive matted or framed?

No. Metal prints are generally displayed without frames, but custom framing is possible. If you do want your metal print framed, there are several options we can discuss. Fine art prints are mounted to a styrene backing, resulting in a rigid, durable product that can easily be set into any frame. Custom matting and framing options are also available for fine art prints. If you are interested in purchasing matted or framed prints, please contact me by email and we can discuss the options.

Can I order a size other than what is shown on the ordering form?

In most cases, yes. Simply send me an email with the print title and size you’re interested in, and we’ll chat!

I typically respond to all emails within two business days. If you have not received a response, please check your spam folder or email me again.

Do you ship products outside the U.S.?

Currently, I can ship products to all U.S. states and to Canada. Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to other countries at this time.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

On average, it takes approximately three weeks between the time you place your order and the time it arrives at your home. This can vary a bit based on time of year. I will keep you apprised every step of the way, and will send you a tracking number once your print ships so that you can follow its progress.

Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

Absolutely! I work only with reputable professional printing labs with whom I’ve had years of experience. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, simply return it to me within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Your complete satisfaction is my top priority.
